How we use and retain enquiry information
We collect only the information needed to reply to your enquiry and follow up on a potential project.
Information we receive
The enquiry form may include your name, phone number or email, selected service, project notes and optional business details.
Security metadata
To prevent abuse and manage enquiries, we record a one-way hash of the IP address, browser User-Agent, submission time and temporary rate-limit data. This information is used for security and enquiry management; stale rate-limit files are periodically removed.
Purpose
We use this information to reply, understand project requirements, prepare an estimate and follow up on your request. We do not sell submitted enquiry information as a product to third parties.
Retention
Active enquiries are retained while they are needed for project follow-up. Enquiries with no activity should be reviewed within 180 days and deleted or anonymised when there is no continuing business or legal need.
Access or deletion requests
Use the contact page to request deletion or a copy of your submitted information. Administrators can permanently remove a lead and its related metadata from the management panel.
Security
Form data is stored in private server storage and administrative access is protected by session security, access controls and CSRF protection. Final security also depends on correct HTTPS and production-server configuration.
